Due to the nature of our digital and service-based offerings, returns are generally not accepted. However, if you believe there was an issue with the service or product provided, we encourage you to contact us within 30 days of the service completion or product delivery.

2. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion or product delivery. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. SNS TECH INNOVATIONS LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request.

Conditions for Refund:

  • Services: If a service is not delivered as specified in the service agreement, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the extent of the service failure.

  • Products: If a product is defective or not delivered as per the agreed terms, a full refund will be issued upon confirmation of the issue.

  • No refund will be granted for issues arising from client-provided content, delays due to the client’s actions, or if the project has progressed beyond a certain stage as outlined in the service agreement.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, we will review it and contact you with a decision. If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may not be refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Services already rendered or delivered

  • Custom-built products or services specifically designed for you

  • Completed projects where the client has approved the final deliverable

5. Administrative Fees
In case of a refund, no administrative, preparation, or other similar charges will be deducted from the refunded amount, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

6. Late Refund Requests
Refund requests received after the 30-day window from the service completion or product delivery date will not be processed.

7. Changes to Refund Policy
SNS TECH INNOVATIONS LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be communicated to clients in advance.
